SHIPPING FOR SMALL ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT reply to emails or msgs asking for delivery times on specific orders if they are no older than 7 days. We do not have the resources to respond to these enquiries.
Every effort is made for a speedy service and most orders are delivered within 10 days.
If you required an express service within a few days then there are alternative companies that can accommodate at an extra charge. Feel free to cancel your order through a tel/ call.
We normally dispatch by Royal Mail Post. This is not a guaranteed service. All orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days (UK ONLY)
We are not responsible for Royal Mail delivery times/schedules.

Spend upto £15 then delivery charge is £1.95
Spend over £15 – £49.99 then delivery is £3.50
(FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50)
An email will be sent saying ‘posted’ to your account email the day its sent to post (allows for evening completions).
SHIPPING FOR LARGE RUN ORDERS – UK ONLY
– Large orders are dispatched via Courier (Interlink) and will be delivered within 2-4 working days from date of dispatch.
– We do not normally split orders – each order is normally completed when all items are available (with the exception of the Large Run orders which are sent separately). If we feel the wait may be longer than expected we will send other goods first and personalised items will follow.
– Please ensure your SHIPPING ADDRESS is correct. If any parcel is delivered wrongly we cannot be held responsible. Any parcels returned to us, there will be a £5 Administrative Fee plus the cost of postage to repost.
Please check your order carefully when it arrives. All claims regarding shortage of items MUST be made within 7 days of parcel delivery date. No claims for shortages can be entertained after this time .
After dispatch your parcel should normally be with you within 2-3 working days. Please monitor your tracking details after you have received notification of parcel dispatch and contact us as soon as possible if you suspect there is a problem. Claims for NON DELIVERY cannot be entertained longer that 21 days from dispatch date.
